- Create a Team with the people you regularly talk to. Just hit Teams in the left-hand menu.
- Click/tap on Create New Team
- You can name your Team, add a short description and liven it up with an avatar.
- You can pick other administrators if you like.
- Admins, like you, will be able to do things like adding and removing members.
You can even create a Team with contacts who don’t have 4th Office. They’ll still receive all the emails and will be able to respond by using a group address that 4th Office automatically generates for them. Smart, huh?
