It might be your email provider
Currently, you can use 4th Office with:
- Office 365
We’re planning on supporting other email accounts in the future. So if there’s a specific one you have in mind, just let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
It could be your username or password
Double check that you typed both correctly.
Alternatively, your username and/or password might have expired. In that case, just ask your company's IT guru for a new username and/or password.
Your Exchange server might be too old
The oldest version we support is Exchange 2010 SP2. If you need to update your server, speak to your company's IT guru.
Your email might be an alias
Unfortunately, we don't support alias emails right now. But if this is something you'd like, do let us know at email@example.com
Your email might differ from your company's web address
If the second part of your email address (i.e. the domain) is spelt differently to your company’s web address, we won’t be able to sync your email with 4th Office (e.g. if your email is firstname.lastname@example.org but your company’s address is mistery.com).
Occasionally, there might be a temporary issue on our side (nobody’s perfect!). In that case, please wait a few minutes, go make yourself a nice cup of coffee, and then sign up again. If you're still unable to register your email account, please let us know at email@example.com
