It might be your email provider
Currently, you can only use 4th Office with:
- Office 365
We’re planning on supporting other email accounts in future. So if there’s a specific one you have in mind, just let us know at email@example.com
It could be your username or password
Double check that you typed them both correctly.
Alternatively, your username and/or password might have expired. In that case, just ask your company's IT guru for a new username and/or password.
Your Exchange server might be too old
The oldest version we support is Exchange 2010 SP2. If you need to update your Exchange server, speak to your company's IT guru.
Your email might be an alias
You can’t currently register an alias email account on 4th Office. So please make sure you register with your main email account. If you don't know it, just ask your company’s IT guru.

Your email might differ from your company's web address
If the second part of your email address is spelt differently to your company’s web address, we won’t be able to sync your email with 4th Office (e.g. if your email is email@example.com but your company’s address is mistery.com).
Occasionally, there might be a temporary issue on our side (nobody’s perfect!). In that case, please wait a few minutes, go make yourself a nice cup of coffee, and then sign up again. If you still unable to register your email account, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org
