First off – add all your email accounts by clicking on your name in the main menu (top left-hand side of your app). Then tap the arrow next to your existing account, click on Manage Accounts and follow the on-screen instructions.
You can use 4th Office with:

On 4th Office, you can add up to 4 accounts on the desktop app and an infinite number on the iOS app.
