When you sign in, 4th Office's artificial intelligence scans through your inbox looking for specific content to identify patterns and understand your email behaviours. That’s how it determines who your top contacts are, what should be muted, and which emails you are most likely to reply to. For example, when it recognises an email that includes text that looks like a direct question, it will add this message to the ‘Questions’ section of your app so you can respond faster.
It also analyses the relationship between you and your contacts and can tell if you have an active two-way communication, or if that contact is sending you messages that you don’t usually read. If that's the case, messages automatically get added to your Muted list so as to reduce unwanted distractions that require no action.
